  • GUDRUN KEMSA | presentation of collection, mmk Museum Moderner Kunst Wörlen Passau


  • In the course of the new presentation of the collection entitled 'Schätze entdecken. Werke aus der Sammlung (=Discover Treasures. Works from the Collection)', Gudrun Kemsa will be on view at the mmk Museum Moderner Kunst Wörlen in Passau from August 13 2022 to March 26 2023. Opening: August 12, 7 p.m.

  • Gudrun Kemsa | 10th Bonn Opera Gala for the German Aids Foundation 2022


  • On the occasion of the 10th Bonn Opera Gala for the German Aids Foundation on Saturday, 14 May at 7 pm in the Bonn Opera House, the artist Gudrun Kemsa will be showing photographic and video works that will design the evening's stage set. The artist studied at the Düsseldorf Art Academy and in her work deals with views of cities and nature as well as questions of temporality, perception and the dissolution of boundaries in space. Kemsa has received numerous scholarships and awards and is a professor for 'Moving Images and Photography' at the Hochschule Niederrhein in Krefeld.
